• Hired as Logistics coordinator for a 3PL start-up servicing the first Amazon sort center in Houston, Texas.• Promoted to Operations Manager to establish, implement, and oversee expansion in Colorado as a partnership with Amazon expanded.• Designed SOPs for inbound/outbound freight and driver movements at HOU1, routing 40,000 to 150,000+ daily package volume, ensuring compliance with Amazon and USPS policies.• Managed a fleet of 15+ company tractor trailers and drivers, servicing cross-dock operations and providing all inbound volume for HOU1.• Designed daily KPI reports for key performance indicators obtained from driver and delivery tracking software, which became company-wide SOPs during expansion.• Established and managed the first Amazon cross dock in Colorado.• Led team through transition to DEN5, first Amazon sort center in Colorado. Going from approximately 400 daily deliveries to 3,000+.• Conducted route engineering for static medical routes handling lab works, medications, and material movement for Memorial Herman, St Lukes, MD Anderson and Texas Childrens hospitals and satellite offices.• Implemented inbound and outbound air cargo and Port of Houston freight systems, including TWIC and TSA certifications.• Managed a distribution warehouse for customers in multiple sectors, including medical, retail, automotive, and the City of Houston.
