• Manage permits and installation scheduling to ensure the project is delivered on time.• Organize third-party providers and vendors for remote installations not performed by the in- house installation team; Schedules electricians, call before you dig, and/or masons, etc.• Provide sales staff with code requirements to enable them to present options that are compliant to the clients.• Oversee permit application process. Prepare and submit application packages. Monitor permit status throughout process. Schedule inspections.• Sole Liaison to the City of Boca Raton Community Appearance Board. Established working relationship and respect with Board members through presentation of signs for permitting.• Maintain an accurate installation calendar reflecting all installation commitments while ensuring flexibility to accommodate rushes, high profile clients, and unforeseen circumstances.• Coordinate installations with clients to insure they are kept informed and approve of all installation activities• Assist Customer Service staff as needed in communicating with customers regarding active projects• Ensure quality installations and client satisfaction• Collect and analyze data and maintain installation time to insure profitability• Ensure all installation photos are uploaded to the appropriate job folders for billing• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes• Recommend future needs and or new or replacement equipment for greater efficiency
