Develop and update training materials to ensure compliance with Federal/State laws, institutional policy, and ACA standards.Schedule and perform certification training courses that are tailored to the audiences needs.Create job descriptions, recruit talent to fill said jobs, and evaluate the success of each volunteer's service annually.Perform NCIC background checks, and handle sensitive confidential information in accordance with law and policy.Maintain databases and spreadsheets to track all volunteer and service data. Train staff to work with databases to ensure compliance and volunteer work hour entries.Serve as the liaison between the institution's administration and the general public.
