During the months adding up to THON Weekend and including THON Weekend, I was in charge of reaching out to freshman or new members/students at Penn State to join HEAL and encourage them to come to meetings so they can experience the fun and loving family of HEAL. As well as that, I co-facilitate the THON special interest organization by having meetings and making slides of what we were going to do this week. Also, I was in charge of planning events outside of the meetings(socially distanced and follows protocols) where our organization could bond together and make us stronger such as hikes, dinner and frisbee nights at Old Main, laser tag, and IM sports such as foosball and I helped design and create the merchandise for our organization and tallied orders through Microsoft Excel.

During THON 2020 and 2021, my role as a Dancer Relations committee member was to monitor and support the mental and physical health of THON dancers during THON 46 hour dance marathon. I would stretch them for about 15-30 minutes every time my shift was up and made sure they were doing better than before, with giving them fun activities to do like silent rave or fun Kahoot games or even give them funny jokes to put a smile on their faces. I was in charge of persuading other committee members on my committee as well as my dancers to engage in fun color wars activities where they would compete against other colors for a chance at the title for Color Wars Champion. I would attend weekly meetings where I would explain to the committee, with excitement and full of energy, the different ways to earn color wars points for the committee and to engage more with each other doing these things, such as hangouts with other members or sharing your donor drive on social media.

Build computer systems for classrooms and labs that have the appropriate performance needed along with the latest software installments. Answer phone calls from customers having issues with their systems and use critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to identify the problem and come up with the appropriate solution. Provide routine maintenance to the server systems in order for daily operation to occur.
