My current role is service design around Device as a Service, In the short time of been a service designer I've helped design and onboard two clients, one been the biggest device as a service client Insight currently have, supporting 100k+ devices. I'M extremely excited to see what other clients I can work alongside.

I've done various different roles over the years I've work at Insight. I started working on Sodexo contract supporting a nationwide company distribute hardware to their employees, arranging engineer visits and collections for disposal of old assets, this was an Asset Lifecycle service. I moved on within that contact to managed ticket deployment and inbound escalations. This role Helped me obtain workflow management skills and also gave me an understanding of the SLA process.I've worked on returns and technical support line for supporting all insight customers with new products queries and warranty claims. This developed my technical Knowledge on different IT products and systems.I’ve worked on the IT helpdesk, supporting a big law firm, I helped obtain the contact and supported 8 new hires with one to one training and day to day assistants. I’m responsible for investigating different IT issues and providing a fix when possible. I’ve created Knowledge Articles when I’vediscovered a resolution which had not been previously documented in order to develop the entire teams knowledge.My current role now is Operational lead for our Device as a Service clients, I currently support a team of 7 agents with their day-to-day Issues/queries. I support the team withtraining and inform them of any process changes during ELS and BAU. I help with on-boarding new Device as a service clients and support the insight transition team during ELS. I work alongside Project Managers, Service delivery Mangers and Transition engineers to expand on the knowledge I currently have.
