TASC Response Training offers a variety of safety services lead by the Active Shooter Workshop. This workshop has been presented to government agencies, public/private schools, private businesses, and churches throughout California. The workshop has received rave reviews from employees, managers, teachers, school staff, school district managers, law enforcement and other first responders. The workshop was developed in collaboration with many stakeholders including teachers, school administrators, fire department leaders, law enforcement and military tactical team members. The workshop provides basic definitions and recommendations on what campus staff can do to prepare for an active shooter and other critical events. We present the best practices for lockdown procedures and information on what you can expect as law enforcement arrives. We provide insight regarding communication and a timeline of what to expect during the aftermath.In addition to the workshop, we conduct site assessments, emergency procedure updates, evaluate drills, and After-Action reports

Supervise 7 School Resource Officers and up to 5 additional employees form Patrol Officers to civilian employees, Roll Call, daily and weekly professional development, daily deployments, schedules, manage employee complaints, and approve reports, quarterly evaluations on new employees and annual evaluations on all employees. Liaison with several law enforcement agencies during daily operations, major incidents, and training which include city, county, state, and federal agencies. Attend meetings with local community groups to improve communication and cooperation. Additional duties include vehicle maintenance, vehicle purchase, special events, safety presentations, training, Selection Boards, Emergency Preparedness and Internal Affairs.
