Participated in the ITAM project for ANZ where I was responsible for desktop & laptop replacement for the 300 Queens Street office.

Support and maintain active directory server level technologies from NT4, 2000 to 2003 servers.Manage server technologies including SQL 2000, Exchange 2000, Symantec Antivirus, end user file and data servers.While maintaining a proactive support stance, develop and manage the DRP (Disaster Recovery Process) including system backups and documentation.Support over 400+ end users while maintaining an empathetic and understanding manner.
