Im responsibilities in this role are to deliver superior client experience by providing personal and business clients with professional and accurate service for their everyday banking needs. Makes the most of each client interaction and contributes to branch sales by connecting with clients, identify additional needs and client solutions either at the counter or referral to branch partner through a booked appointment. Improves client understanding of all access choices and benefits while respecting client choice and preference. Demonstrates commitment to personal development and proactively seeks out opportunities to improve skills and knowledge. May also be responsible for branch cash management and unit operational requirements.
