• Lead four-member team managing creation and maintenance of >16,000 item records (products, packaging, materials, and raw ingredients), plus >6,750 formulas / bills of materials (finished goods and works in progress). • Oversaw collection, review, and filing of associated documents (spec sheets, artwork files, and technical drawings) in dedicated document management system. • Developed ingredient lists and nutrition facts panel for new formulas, working alongside label designers to ensure compliance with government regulations (FDA, USDA, TTB, and FTC, certification program requirements (Kosher, organic, and non-GMO, among others), and general marketing concerns (claims and litigation). • Developed procedures and workflows for product data maintenance using Oracle for all LiDestri companies and production plants.

• Transitioned item creation processes from legacy system to Oracle, resulting in a more firmly established process with clearly defined requirements and smoother workflows. Closely managed data extraction and migration of item and formula records to ensure integrity of data.• Completed development and deployment of new tool resulting in enhanced visibility and cross-functional tracking of new projects by sales, operations, and product data group.• Assumed management of organic and kosher certification programs from facility quality control departments and centralized activities to lessen burden on individual plants.• Expanded label review and compliance program to include all companies and lines of business.• Developed and implemented new overall practices in ERP system for new and expanding lines of business, including aseptic packing, high pressure processing, and in-house basil growing operations.
