Part of the web team delivering the new intranet. User experience task focused content creation and improvements to existing content. Working with service areas to provide the best user journey, allowing staff to find the information as easy as possible. User acceptance testing to identify any issues or changes required, identify solutions and log or action any problems. Action and deal with intranet content requests and updates. Previously worked on C360 online forms project suggesting alternatives to make sure the online forms were fit for purpose, met our standards and provided the best user journey for customers. Included testing to make sure forms were built to spec and standard. Liaise with my team including our designer and developers and service areas.
