I am responsible for submitting Intrastat to HMRC each month; including all of Radwell International’s purchases and sales within the EU.This role involves many aspects including; breaking down incoming purchase orders, receiving units into Radwell’s CRM system, packing the units, and shipping units out to customers. In addition, I work closely with General Electric to keep them informed of subcontracted repair work and ensure their repairs are shipped to either them or their customer’s in the agreed time schedule. I also arrange collections within the UK, Europe, and the rest of the world and arrange for purchases to be delivered to Radwell International UK. A lot of time is spent tracking shipments when other departments and customers are chasing an order, in particular identifying which units were shipped and the progress of the shipment
