Manage a large-scale (2,000 plants) indoor garden warehouse including: cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative spraying.Implement expert knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options.Assist state and local government auditors and law enforcement to monitor inventory, sales and compliance requirements. Train new hires in specific crop growing skills. Compile sales statistics to aid in movement of product. Operate heavy machinery for optimal product quality.
