I have a diverse background in security, facilities management, and hospitality, which has equipped me with strong customer-facing skills across various sectors.Since 2016, I have been with Irish Distillers, starting as a Craft Ambassador at the Jameson Distillery Bow Street. In this role, I represented the Jameson brand, educating internal and external guests about Irish whiskey production and heritage, and ensuring top-tier customer experiences through staff training and educational module development.Currently, I serve as the Prestige Irish Whiskey Ambassador, representing brands such as Midleton Very Rare, Redbreast, The Spot Whiskeys, Method & Madness, Knappogue Castle, Jameson, and Powers. My responsibilities include providing premium Irish whiskey training for the bar industry, covering history, heritage, production, and tasting. I host whiskey-focused events for societies and stakeholders, and act as Assistant Brand Manager for our prestige portfolio, overseeing event planning, execution, and brand activations across Ireland.Additionally, I co-founded and host The Centre Cut podcast and Events Company with Michael O’Connor, focusing on Irish whiskey and the wider alcoholic drinks industry, providing weekly social and topical content along with hosting Irish drinks and produce-focused events.
