Managed mainstay processes on service quality and HSE metrics while achieving substantial improvements to bottom line dollars thru a unique continuous improvement strategy rollout.

Managed all aspects of the Baroid Product Service Line for Halliburton in the NorthEast US area. The Northeast encompassed three states three warehouses servicing our multiple field operations. Educated personnel on financial management and proper ways to evaluate a business case for long-term success.Introduced new products into the area to increase customer performance, reduce existing inventory values and increase profitability. Responsible for development of future business leaders and succession management within the product service line.

Chemically designed and maintained drilling fluids in the Gulf of Mexico for Shelf, Inland and Land operations. Provided recommendations and implemented treatments of chemicals to mitigate gas kicks, oil flows, salt-water flows, lost circulation, pore pressure/frac gradient mitigation, reactive shales, etc. Fluid systems included oil-based fluid and water based fluid. Managed rig site inventories and the associated logistical operations for replenishment. Maintained the customer relationship functioning as an escalation point for issues.
