Managed and mentored seven civilians and 36 students annually in all aspects of flight training, scheduling, and student management to qualify 24 instructor pilots, and 12 pilots each year. Part of team that developed the curriculum for initial-entry, Aircraft Qualification Course, and Instructor Pilot Course to incorporate a newly designed simulator. Planned, monitored, and executed training program, incorporating lessons learned into continuous improvement efforts for future courses. Led a team of six Standardization Instructor Pilots in the development of 24 Instructor Pilot candidates.
