-Provide technical expertise and support in broadcast, film, photo and performance environments -Provide and operate all technician broadcast positions in a 3 camera Broadcast green screen studio-Inventory management of broadcast, film video/audio and photography gear in student fulfillment center-Manage team of 10 or more PT workstudy students, including interview, hire, schedule, train and supervise day to day operations.-Use experience and research new and emerging technologies for capital purchasing to service multiple schools of studies.

- Provide technical support to the productions with minimal supervision - Fully coordinate and implement all technical elements of production.- Safe and timely delivery of proper production assets.- Pre-production planning, site checks, permits, crew training- technical set up and tear down, lighting, audio, technical directing, graphics, slo-mo replay, VTR, video operation - Effectively technically produce and troubleshoot to ensure production is of the highest quality.- Train and coach volunteer groups and individuals in mobile operations effectively - Confirm appropriate crew requirements in cooperation with the local volunteer coordinators.- Provide constructive feedback to crew members to ensure continual improvement of abilities.- Book and confirm additional production equipment and resources as necessary.- Develop a full knowledge of existing and new production equipment on an on-going basis.- Cultivate positive relations with internal and external groups.- Administrative duties such as completion of maintenance faults, driver logs, vehicle safety etc.- Adhere to all policy and legal requirements under Health and Safety Legislation.
