I have a background in Retail that went on to be a Supervisor with Morrison’s and then into Management with Waitrose. I completed my John Lewis Management Training course at the Head office in Bracknell, Berkshire before taking up a posting in store. That followed by 7 years as a Police Officer which has given me a wealth of experience in Customer Service, Problem Solving, Decision making, effectively dealing with Enquires & paperwork, investigation skills and multi tasking to name a few. My time at British Airways saw me working at Heathrow Airport Airside and then in the World Cargo Warehousing. I went on to work in the Car Industry as a Sales Executive for Marshall Motor Group and then Sytner Group. In this time I achieved the Global BMW Sales Accreditation as the BMW UK Training Facility with an overall score of 94%.I am now proud to currently be a First Line Manager with the Eddie Stobart Group managing the day to day warehouse operation. I am committed to supporting my team and helping them with career development where wanted.
