I'm a motivated individual with a focus in DevOps methodologies, and have used my skills with infrastructure-as-code, version control (git), build-servers, microservices, and cloud computing to develop CI/CD processes to build and deploy custom software solutions to the cloud. I'm used to working closely with software developers to understand their product's specific needs and requirements, and tie in my knowledge of IT practicies to make sure deployments to pre-production and production environments happen quickly, efficiently, and reliably.I've been involved in projects:- where multiple independent services need to intereact with each other, and availability of these services is critical to the customer base and to the company's reputation, and therefore must meet specific SLA requirements- that span multiple continents and are served from regionally-specific data centers, which requires planning and design to make sure the services are fault-tolerant, scalable, and are designed to have HA as a core feature.- where platform security and the security of PII is a top priority- where communication between groups and group members spans the globe- in which the deployed software manages hundreds of millions of dollars of grant money
