Responsible for the oversight of general supplies, petroleum products, construction materials, and repair parts for vehicles. Directly coordinated the supply distribution chain of food, water, and fuel for the seven battalions that comprise First Brigade. Researched and created resources for more accurate consumption rate forecasting, updated each unit’s capabilities slant for resource allocation, and cultivated working relationships with key personnel in each battalion that were essential to efficient operations. Appointed as the 501st BSB Family Readiness Liaison and Public Affairs Officer.  • Coordinated at least three logistic supply requests a week, averaging 2,500 gallons of fuel distributed per mission • Maximized relationships with Fort Bliss community resources to promote educational classes and recreational events to 501st Soldiers and their families by using phone calls, e-mails, and the unit’s facebook site as a medium of communication • Created the first-ever battalion newsletter that included the future training schedule, recaps of battalion training and social events, and materials aimed at deployment readiness to increase awareness for Soldiers and their families

Accurately forecasted and successfully resourced all logistical demands of the company; food, water, ammunition, fuel, repair parts, and equipment. Certified Unit Movement Officer for Fox Company, tasked with planning, preparing, and tracking the movement of the unit’s assets for deployments.  • Rated “Most qualified” as the top lieutenant in the company and one of the top four of 41 lieutenants in the battalion  • Qualified as battalion’s senior logistician and served as 2-3 Field Artillery Battalion’s logistical liaison at brigade meetings • Championed supply discipline and property accountability for a property book in excess of $13 million, resulting in zero Financial Liability Investigation for Property Loss being initiated on Fox Company personnel • Achieved 100% accountability of company equipment, weapons, supplies and 30 vehicles during 900 mile movements to and from the National Training Center at Ft. Irwin, California and Joint Readiness Training Center at Ft. Polk, Louisiana

Responsible for planning and supervising daily activities of 54 maintenance professional Soldiers tasked to sustain the health of over 330 vehicles and 18 Howitzer Artillery Guns in the 2-3 Field Artillery Battalion fleet. Created a schedule for semiannual and annual scheduled services and prioritized unscheduled repairs. Established a transparent relationship with the battalion commander, battalion executive officer, and each company’s leadership to report all non-mission capable equipment and parts-ordered status to accurately anticipate when assets would be fully mission capable.  • Rated “Most Qualified” as the top lieutenant in the company and as one of the top two second lieutenants in the battalion  • Increased the Operational Readiness Rate of the 18 Howitzer Artillery Guns and 3 Tracking Radars from 61% to 94% • Prioritized obligations while serving simultaneously in the three lieutenant positions during the first four months on station
