There has always been an element of fun in generating a collaborative strategic plan with a group of people and then to evaluate and adjust the plan as it is executed. This has been part of my daily professional life for the last 11 years, the first three in the United States Army and the past 8 with Frito-Lay, Inc. Some of my examples include resupply execution for the First Armored Division at Fort Bliss, TX, change management roll-out with improvement of go-to-market strategy at Frito-Lay, and even the simple day-to-day problem resolution with co-workers. Outside of work I enjoy running and exercise, collegiate athletics, traveling, exploring the great outdoors, history, and friendship.
