Worked directly for the Transport COO in DHL Supply Chain UK&I, supporting and leading strategic projects and programmes. These ranged from £30m M&A, €35m flagship property construction, LPMC turnarounds, IT system creation and implementation, CI & PI Programmes, business development support, facilitating and managing all board meetings, the list goes on!Heavily involved in the creation of the UKI Transport Metrics BI Analytic platform, enabling UKI wide analysis on transport performance. Became the youngest member of staff in DPDHL (+550,000 staff) history to obtain First Choice Advisor Accreditation, which is DHL's equivalent to Six Sigma accreditation. Delivered DMAIC CI/PI Project accounting to £00000's of profit to a site co-pack operation in the UK.Within this role I was also selected for the DHL Talent Scheme, Emerging Leaders Programme and received "Recognising Excellence" achievement as part of my South West Regional Operating Centre Project.

Finished my two year graduate management scheme for DHL early at the end of February 2016, due to being offered a full-time job. Based centrally within commercial finance for TEMEC (Transport, Engineering, Manufacturing, Energy and Chemicals) sector. Also became a crucial member of a M&A project during this placement. Previously worked in North London within the Tradeteam division of DHL Supply Chain, as transport shift manager for the full fleet and contract operations manager for the two largest craft brewers in London, Meantime and Camden Town Brewery. Responsible for over 100 driver and drays completing multi-drop deliveries all over London. Also involved in the start up of the new Thornton's NDC as a assistant warehouse manager and WMS Superuser during the project, where bringing stable operational process was achieved.Throughout this graduate scheme I was part of the graduate project team who won "Best Project" that intake, with "Innovating and Standardising Warehouse Training".

Worked for Ted Baker over 2 years as a Sales Assistant, whilst completing my University degree. My store team was awarded with "Best Team" of The Midlands by Ted Bakers regional GM's. This role taught me the importance of customer relations and understanding, whilst also expanding both my sales and time management sales. Fantastic company to work within, with management staff showing true passion for the label.
