As a motivated, results-focused General and Project/ Program Manager, I have had extensive experience guiding project and operations teams in the Oil & Gas, Mining, Renewable Energy and Construction industries. My expertise lies in delivering multi-disciplinary infrastructure and facilities projects, utilising a range of PM systems and frameworks, across the full life cycle. This has included vital work for Shell / BG, Chevron, Conoco, BP, Siemens, Vestas, Origin, Arrow Energy and Enerflex.With over 20 years of engineering and project leadership history, I have led programs of up to 30 small concurrent projects, as well as medium to large-sized projects to USD 50M. Roughly half of my working experience has been Client side for Owner/Operator and the balance for EPC Contractors. It has involved managing projects ranging from Coal Seam Gas/Coal Bed Methane gathering systems and surface facilities, high pressure onshore steel pipelines, to gas compression and processing facilities, to oil production via artificial lift and fabrication packages, wind farms and water treatment plants. I have also led several Brownfield upgrade/optimisation projects including maintenance shutdowns and turnarounds. I am a ‘hands on’ project professional, innovator and team player, who excels in challenging environments.Skilled in integration across multiple business units, I have the ability to catalyse lucrative results while complying with budget and time constraints. I understand the importance of rigorous project governance combined with sponsor support, and developing the right projects at the right time whilst leveraging opportunities to achieve desired outcomes. As an innovative leader, mentor, and experienced negotiator, I am able to forge solid relationships with key stakeholders, including Operators, Contractors and colleagues alike in matrix type organisations.
