I was born and raised in Powhatan, Virginia. You could say that I always have loved being outside in nature and working in the dirt. From a young age, I was exposed to the world of developing from my grandfather's engineering company J.K Timmons Sr. (now know as the Timmons Group). I did not go down the college path to get my engineering degree because I had the rare opportunity of having daily lessons from some of the best Engineers in the Commonwealth of Virginia. My classroom was being out on the field learning everything hands on. From this experience, my skill level is vast and unique-from fixing broken equipment, managing benchmarks/timelines, and overseeing of field developments--I learned the importance of relationships, integrity, hard work and a good pair of boots. For the past 22 years, I have worked at Reeds Landing Corporation which was founded by J.K Timmons Sr. developing quality neighborhoods in Powhatan, VA and the surronding Richmond area. Currently, I just finished developing Maple Grove Section 7 in Powhatan. I have lots of pride in what I do and poor craftsmanship is out of the question. I love land and looking to see all the possibilities that you can do with it. The location, topography, past uses all comes into play on figuring out the best way to fully maximize the property. From land credits, timbering, farming, solar panels to fishing and hunting. Land has endless possibilities. My grandfather told me "my roots were in the soil". He was right.
