Part of a management team of 60+ staff in the Strategy & Change function at Camden, my job involves leading the organisations approach to performance management.

My role at Camden involves leading on the organisations approach to engagement and also leading on other strategic programmes such as the local authorities financial strategy and partnerships agenda.

At TCC, I progressed from a project officer to Director of Engagement with additional responsibility for sales and marketing. I directed or managed projects with over 40 local authorities, NHS trusts, voluntary and private organisations. These ranged from cohesion projects with DCLG to establishing a national youth organisation (Young Mayor Network) representing local authorities across the country.

After leading on support to Young Mayor (a youth democratic project) schemes in areas from Lewisham and Newham, to North Tyneside, the Young Mayor Network was set up to bring together young representatives to lobby regional and national government.
