Trained clients privately (one on one) and in group sessions (up to 8 clients) at a time. Provided clients with fitness training ensuring they reach their physical and fitness goals. Ensuring clients are training safely by teaching them the correct form, and also providing nutritional advice if needed.

I recruited students from all over the province to attend our institution. Conducted presentations and interviews with prospective students and their families. Assisted students with deciding the career path they wanted to take and how to get there (course type). Being a private institution, I had to be able to provide students with an in depth insight into the institution and what made IIE VC stand out to other tertiary institutions. Had a high competition rate.

Coached the first cricket team at St Dunstans College. Conducted training sessions to ensure players were constantly developing their skills and was actively involved in matches (umpiring).

Worked with EMS (Electromagnetic Stimulation) training with clients. Maintained the safety of clients and was also actively involved in the physical development of clients. Provided nutritional advice to clients.
