I'm qualified in Lean manufacturing and run rapid improvement events which relentlessly tackles wastes in production & office environments and increases productivity, profit and output. I project manage large and small projects ranging from automated laser coding equipment for UK, USA & China to the redevelopment of key business areas such as electronic labs, offices, boardrooms and concrete/ building works to the outside. Other job roles include manufacturing equipment upgrades, Factory designs and shop floor lay outs, Office re-modeling, tooling designs, building works and maintenance scheduling, writing of process instructions, designing using Solid edge, Fire marshaling and fire panel operator, Upkeep and maintenance of fire pumps and detection equipment, Maintenance & upkeep of key factory and office areas, Emergency breakdowns & repairs, Risk assessments, Licensing, Indexing of key data records, management of staff, Budget forecasts, Capital expenditure justifications, Environmental management, Waste management, Cost savings, COSHH assessments and Spray equipment upkeep.
