Alliant Asset Management indirectly provides equity funding for low-income housing developments in the United States through tax credit syndication and asset management services. As a financial analyst, some of of my responsibilities include modeling prospective deals to establish financial projections, communicating with developers and originators to identify potential roadblocks and improve investor returns, updating models following the annual release of property tax returns, and providing executive summaries to inform the investor relations team about new deal highlights.

Divy is an innovative mobile app started by a Harvard Business School graduate that aims to change the way people invest. Offering an informed, cost effective, and social approach to investing, Divy seeks to improve financial literacy among young and emerging investors. Worked in the business development and marketing departments to help increase our user experience. Key projects included developing a financial literacy campaign for new or emerging investors, a referral program to expand our growth potential, a campus rollout program to target emerging professionals, and more. Interned the summer before our national launch. Internship was extended through March to further assist with marketing and business development strategies
