Additionally I was responsible for the recruiting and management of over 50 Canadian civilians. 2001 - 2003 Engineering workshop commander of 55 engineers supporting a combat Regiment in the UK Army. Included ensuring the availability of capability while exercising in UK and Turkey and deploying to Iraq.
