With over 25 years of experience in the field of fundraising, I've spent my career developing and integrating innovative fundraising practices to enable fundraising teams and build more effective operations. I'm obsessed with developing a better fundraising program. Five years ago I launched Make Philanthropy Work, bringing the best-proven tactics from inside and outside the fundraising arena to strengthen fundraising programs for immediate and lasting results. We've proudly partnered with over 50 organizations, developing a fundraising strategy that is crafted to fit their unique needs and challenges so that they can amplify their impact and advance their missions. Before launching Make Philanthropy Work, I served as the vice-chancellor of development for the University of Colorado Denver, where I led the campus to a 300 percent increase in philanthropic revenue growth in three years. Additionally, I oversaw the successful execution of the CU Denver Creating Futures Campaign that raised over $84 million.
