• Moishe House provides vibrant Jewish community for young adults by supporting leaders as they create meaningful home-based Jewish experiences for themselves and their peers.• Feelings of isolation and loneliness are on the rise. Jewish community, life, and traditions, made available in a way that resonates with young adults, have the power to greatly improve the lives of young Jewish adults and to strengthen Jewish communal connectedness.• Example of responsibilities have included managing house finances and applying for funding grants, organizing 20+ person Shabbat dinners, leading cooking series where extra food is donated to a local community fridge.

• Oversaw quarterly investor reporting on supply/demand, rent growth, and capital market fundamentals across 6 markets (>90mm sq. ft.). Materials were repurposed for IC decks like BMR’s global spec suite strategy. • Interfaced with Leasing team and brokers to update statistics and track shifting environments. Insights were used for investor materials and leasing strategies, including early-termination discussions and redevelopments.• Supported $600mm acquisition of Flatiron Park in CO by producing supply and demand reports, comparing market asking rents vs. underwriting, and identifying competitive supply and demand drivers.• Analyzed historical data on market conditions to predict trends about the life science real estate industry’s current health and long-term outlook; e.g. projecting life science vacancy to be in double-digits by 2025.• Produced overall market net effective rent estimates to educate leadership on the direction that rents and concessions are headed. Outputs showed declining YoY results in most but not all markets due to economic shift in 2023. • Aggregated construction cost data and communicated with 3rd party project managers to examine price escalations that illustrated moderating YoY growth from double-digits during COVID to single digit in post-COVID era.• Studied market lease transactions over last 12 months. Proved out >70% of deals were with VC-backed tenants at either built-out 2nd gen spaces or spec suites if a 1st gen deal.• Contributed to the preparation of an investor deck outline for quarterly board meetings attended by Blackstone and other fund investors. Brainstormed data analysis that illustrates the latest market trends.• Traveled to the various sites to build relationships with Leasing and brokers and develop understanding of the real estate markets.• Organized a BMR softball team and served as captain, promoting teamwork, and boosting employee morale.
