I deal with all media (newspaper and radio) pre and post game. I keep up with specific in game stats. I take care of film breakdown by uploading our film to Krossover. I make sure our players have access and also sharing film with other coaches. I run social media accounts for our program (Facebook and Twitter). I assist with practices, and in game strategy when asked. I maintain all paperwork, and make sure we are in compliance with TSSAA and school rules.

I was responsible for running and scheduling basketball practices. I set and maintained game schedules for both girls and boys teams. I helped start a youth league and travel teams for girls that had not been done in a number of years. Instituted study halls on the weeks we had late practice so players could complete homework earlier and maintain good grades. Weekly I brought someone in to talk to our team, or showed them a video on leadership/life, something not to do with basketball. I dealt with all media pre and post game. I worked well with my leadership to make sure we were following all school and athletic department rules. I maintained proper paperwork on our players and confirmed everything was up to date.

I was the top assistant charged with helping with practice and coaching Varsity team. I was the JV coach responsible for practicing team and scheduling extra games. I helped maintain and order equipment. Some of those responsibilities included washing of uniforms and making sure players had correct uniforms, etc for games. I dealt with all media (newspaper and radio) making sure they had schedules and knew of changes, and post game as far as getting stats and info of games. I maintained all stats for our program, with the assistance of our Athletic Historian. I organized and kept up with all paperwork, assuring that we followed KHSAA and school rules.I coached three Varsity games in the absence of head coach. We led our team to the 2009 District Championship. It was the first championship since the 90's, leading to a trip to the Region Tournament. We are also the only #4 seed to ever win the championship. That same year, we finished runner up in our JV district tournament, and the following year (2010) we won the JV district tournament.Started and ran social media accounts (Facebook and Twitter) for our program (Middle School and High School)Last few years, I ran and scheduled the Christmas tournament (boys and girls) we hosted. This included making the game schedule, locker room assignments, dealing with media who covered games, making sure visiting teams had everything they needed, gym setup and maintaining a clean playing surface during halftime and between games.

I assisted the head coach with running practices and ordering equipment. I worked with the head coach on scheduling games, attending some meetings representing our program. Completed all prep work on field to prepare field for practice or games. Along with the head coach, oversaw the founding of a middle school team and coaching them. Contacted our Assigning Secretary for umpires to make sure we had umpires for games, and also contacted umpires when games were postponed.I maintained all stats for our program and dealt with all media (newspaper and radio).
