I am a self-motivated, adaptable Head of IT/Head of IT Operations with over 20 years’ experience in the IT and financial services sphere. Over the course of my career, I have built a reputation for conducting the successful management of IT Operations and evaluations on a consistent basis.In my most recent position as Head of IT Operations at Think Money Group I was responsible for the management of teams in Infrastructure, Database Administration, Unified Comms, Project Delivery, and Service & Support. I was responsible for 6 direct reports, and I managed numerous multi-million pound projects. I endeavour to achieve optimal levels of quality and efficiency on a consistent basis. In order to achieve this, I combine my extensive experience and industry knowledge with certain traits which I believe are vital to organisation’s success.
