Was a Taxi driver for Lyft making my own money being self employed and I did that throughout the bay area and sometimes even the San Francisco and Oakland region.

I Helped coach a group a college students with their vaulting techniques and physical workout regimen for the whole 2019 Track & Field Spring season. Also I helped travel with the team to various locations and different cities during the time for the collegiate championships to be held everywhere in Northern and Central California.

Assisted greeting customers. At times I helped clean up cars, gas up rentals, and even customer cars if needed. I also picked up and dropped off customers, car parts to and from the store. I also helped with restocking the coffee and customer lounge area with abundant amounts of popcorn and coffee that way the waiting lounge has some "LIFE" to it. I did whatever that needed to be done and that was asked of me.

Started out as Lead Grill Cook in Los Gatos then moved to the Morgan Hill Location. I would work by the grill taking care of all the burger's and protein options for the restaurant. I would make sure that the next following shift would be completely stocked up and ready to open. I supported mainly the PM shifts and closing duties, plus restocking and organizing of inventory. I did begin in Los Gatos though mainly working in the AM, then went to Morgan Hill location to work more shifts in the PM.

Help assist another Executive chef to support the women's sorority house (AZD) ALPHA ZI DELTA with breakfast, lunch, and dinner five days a week, three times a day, and all the food served were healthy balanced meals that supported a healthy diet. We also facilitated very easily to those sorority sister's that had different dietary recommendations.

Coached High School flag football in downtown San Jose, California. We also happen to even win the championship against Seven Tree's High School in the final seconds of the game on the last final play. What a great season that was and what a wonderful group of young men that I had the pleasure of coaching.

Started out in Cupertino on De Anza BLVD before moving to the San Jose location which is where I spent the rest of my time working for the owner "DIANE". Had to get breakfast ready for the whole restaurant so I was there early and off early later on during the day. I assisted another head cook during that time and on weekends before, during, and after the morning rush. I excelled at my cooking techniques to handle the whole menu and sustain the morning rush 5 day's a week. It was a great expierence to learn new cooking techniques by other lead chef's as well as new cuisines, and recipes for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Lastly, I helped with organizing, dish washing, restocking of kitchen ware, tools, items, and grocery supplies.

Finanlly use my talents on the line perfomring various cooking techniques. I was cold side serving up the appetizers, kids menu, entrees, salads, sandwiches plus desserts.

Supported the Lunch and Happy Hour menu. Was there before dinner shift so another chef and I were always preparing the dinner for that evening while enjoying making the lunch and happy hour menu. We continued and strived in keeping all the customers happy and satisfied with their order. I helped organize and store the items on days when we increased our inventory. Clean and Sanitized all dishes used before closing and the restroom facilities before locking up at night. Also helped out on "TRUCK DAY", which is our restaurant inventory deliver day. The restaurant is not there anymore, it is NOW PERMANENTLY CLOSED. It was a nice experience to work for a family owned restaurant and be apart of the action. The Restaurant was owned by a female named "Sosiq", which made me feel like part of the family during my time working for her restaurant.
