Most notably HTTPS compliance. - Develop, design and manage new workflows relating to multi-center firewall request change management accompanied by work instructions, procedural guidelines, and baseline rulesets. - Providing risk analysis and recommendations regarding center firewall changes, IT Security Management Plans, IT on Intl. Travel requests, Media Sanitization, and POA&M tracking. - Knowledge of NIST 800-53, NIST 800-60 publications- Support development of enterprise security network architecture - Maintain configuration control board activities for all cybersecurity projects and efforts

As a Project Support Specialist III I provide vital assistance to project managers within the Information Technology and Communications Directorate at NASA GSFC. My duties include:- Maintaining accurate records and source data records within relevant databases.- Developing high quality materials and information packages through Microsoft Office & Adobe CS.- Coordinating with customers for the implementation of NextGen VoIP, improving the wireless router architecture, consolidating service orders, and implementing new VPN protocol.- Carrying out checks on project deliverables to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
