Director within the Operational Due Diligence Services group, focused on delivering client led independent operational risk assessments and bespoke ODD consulting services across private markets, alternatives and listed asset classes.

• Head of the EMEA-focused Operational Due Diligence team. Responsible for primary and secondary due diligence of ASI's alternatives portfolios across Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, Real Assets and Real Estate • Thorough desktop reviews of constitutional and offering documentation including LPAs / Articles of Association, Fund Prospectus’, DDQs, Compliance policies and oversight processes and other relevant fund and firm documentation• Onsite due diligence meetings with key personnel at the Investment Managers (typically a firm’s CEO / CFO / COO) to perform deep dive reviews into the firm and Fund offering including an evaluation of the Management Company of the Investment Manager. Reviews also conducted on third party administrators appointed to funds and other relevant third parties• Quantitative analysis undertaken of Investment Managers, Funds and Administrators to provide benchmarking across the asset classes and highlight material deficiencies / trends• Preparation of comprehensive due diligence reports outlining key operational risk areas across valuation, NAV, compliance, investor composition, liquidity, profitability of the Management Company / going-concern, default risk, litigation, regulatory reporting, leverage, etc.• Comprehensive reports produced to be presented at final Investment Committee stage consisting of a thorough presentation of the findings alongside any recommendations to the Investment Manager as well as our ultimate recommendation on whether the proposed investment should be supported• Annual review of the financial statements of the underlying funds within ASI portfolios with any deficiencies and adverse opinions reported to the Boards• Liaising with key internal stakeholders including the investment teams, tax and legal during all stages of the due diligence process and in the event of any concerns or issues arising in active investments

• Performance analysis of the portfolios based on cash flows, IRRs, multiples and analysing against appropriate industry / peer benchmarks • Benchmarking of private equity funds against appropriate public markets using multiple methodologies including ICM+ and buy and hold strategies for transparent performance comparison• Analyse investee fund financial statements to substantiate performance reports for funds and underlying investments• Analysis of change drivers to TVPI multiples within the portfolios, including detailed analysis of the impacts of cash flow, actual value change and fx• Analysis of performance track record for use in investor roadshow presentations, fundraising activities, RFPs and other internal / external queries• Preparation of regular monitoring reports for investment committees, investment boards, risk committees and investor relations • Tracking of data to support reporting across the fund of hedge fund product range, including; pricing, leverage, geographical, strategy, AUM, indices• Managed the integration of private equity operational processes project following the merger of teams across ASI and SVG, as well as determining the optimal revised team structure required to support best practice working methods• Led the eFront harmonisation process between the SVG and ASI eFront Private Equity systems on the portfolio side following the merger of the two businesses implementing a number of improvements to legacy ASI reporting post migration
