Matthew Neal is a Director of Project Controls with Motive Power, with a broad range of experience across project and portfolio management, systems engineering, statistics, and project/program development. Matthew specializes in project and program management with expertise in earned value management (EVM), procedure development, software implementations and metrics support. He has experience managing project teams in resource planning and scheduling, as well as resource leveling across global teams to drive transparency in project statuses. Matt has also led efforts in system, project, and program deployment, system and process training, engineering development, and has consulted for clients across a multitude industries including state organizations, construction, medical devices, and healthcare, mining, information technology, and utilities both in the U.S and internationally.
