Front Of House Manager
Current- Manage Front of House operations for all theater-sponsored productions and special events; coordinate with executive leadership, production team members, and various company departments to ensure seamless daily.
- Curate patron experience from point-of-entry through departure; assist with visitor concerns & special requests, incident management & reporting, and on-site safety protocols; company-wide house management report.
- Hiring and training lead, payroll approver, and direct supervisor for 50+ member team of bartenders & ushers. Train staff to uphold ART’s mission & values, learn and maintain a high standard of patron-forward customer.
- Facilitate and implement FOH access programming, offering assistance to various access partners; training and support for staff concerning blind/low-vision patrons, people with mobility concerns, and best practices.
- During the initial Covid-19 closures, assisted as Interim Ticket Services Representative. Processed patron tickets & subscription purchases, donations, and refunds; aided in large-scale database cleanup and upkeep.
