Managed the production function ensuring that planning and project fulfilment where completed efficiently, to the required specification, within agreed time-scales and ultimately achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.- Organising a cost effective traditional joinery manufacturing process.- Manage and direct the day to day activities of production operatives including apprentices.- Plan, update, and maintain the most efficient production schedule for all incoming orders in accordance with customer's requirements.- Identify project variations for the Estimate to re-estimate and provide final costing for quotation purposes.- Ensured the Company's Health and Safety policy and quality procedures where adhered to.

Assisting the Joiners Shop Manager in his duties to manage an efficient workplace, contributing to the Companies margins, delivering customer expectations and attracting repeat business.

Assigned to the ICT department, as project assistant I supported the IT Manager with day to day user trouble shooting, while undertaking specific project assignments to develop systems within operating departments of the company. A large proportion of my time was spent working on in-house customised databases used for managing different divisions within the company.
