Contracted to work on a 5 month special project to update all of JP Morgan Chase's mini-sites for all of their credit card promotions to ensure the language adhered to the new government regulations.

Served as primary contact for sales, and error resolution. Oversaw the everyday workflow of the publishing department. Created, implemented, and handled new workflow processes that led to better efficiency. Ensured that all work was completed and shipped to vendors.

Ensured quality and validity of listings before books were sent to print. Discovered some problematic system glitches that saved the company from being heavily fined by government agnecies such as the FCC.

Designed ads to be published in the yellow pages. Color corrected graphics according to the printer’s color specifications.Helped during a system conversion to discover any glitches in the new system before it was launched for the entire display ads department.

Responsible for quality checking TV advertisements before each guide went to print.
