As the Business Communication and Marketing Director at New Life New Image Medical Spa, I developed and implemented a business plan as well as an integrated marketing communication plan, focused around creating a unique experience by offering what our competitors did not, “trust.” Producing over 3000 communication pathways built on trust, NLNI has grown to one of the top medical spas in Las Vegas, implementing efficient marketing strategies and robust communication efforts. I believe that finding the solution to the task or problem is not the end of the journey but improving on the means of discovering those issues to be the most important.
