I worked with eCommerce businesses to design creative solutions that propel brand expression, make online shopping experiences functional and enjoyable, and drive purposeful campaigns that interact with audiences in the right way. This role comprised of advertising, branding (auditing, strategy & design), email design, and UX & UI design.

I helped eCommerce businesses stand out across multi-channel touch points by creating immersive brand worlds. I was also responsible for Eastside Co’s brand image, including a rebrand that provided a fresh visual identity and confident persona to suit the explosive growth the company experienced during the pandemic.Alongside this, I produced marketing assets for the agency, which included event branding, presentations and social media, blog and website content.

Operating as a freelance designer in Melbourne, Australia, through the freelancing network Become, I worked on accounts for ME Bank, New Balance, and various local businesses. The types of work I produced ranged from branding and social media content to point-of-sale display graphics and iconography.

Working across a colossal range of assets with national and global reach, I designed and produced prospectuses, logos, campaigns, printed and digital communications, large-scale graphics and more.A major role of mine was as the primary designer for the Birmingham Heroes campaign, a year-round focus on the groundbreaking discoveries by University research fellows. During my time at the University, the campaign repeatedly received widespread acclaim, including from other universities.

My role at Big Cat was to support the senior and lead designers create printed and digital designs for clients primarily positioned in the third sector, including RoSPA, UpRising and the NHS.I also produced internal assets for the agency, such as business pitch presentations, the company e-newsletter and collateral for the Marketing and Public Relations departments.

I completed a three-month internship, which developed into a permanent position as a Junior Designer.
