The role provides a critical function in ensuring the all new business service integrations are appropriately managed, to minimise disruption and ensure that all support requirements can be met.I am responsible for the management of projects, providing guidance and support for each. Ensuring operational requirements/criteria are considered, relevant testing completed and detailed reviews of design, event monitoring and support documentation are completed.I act as project manager to ensure the project is managed through each critical milestone. This includes documentation review, testing validation and provision of support through live proving activities, resulting in final implantation into operations.I have responsibility for provision of operational level sign off to allow implementation into the live environment. I act as Risk Manager, assessing each project for potential business/service impact, availability implications and live support requirements upon implementation. Show less
