-Create a strategic and tactical plan for Atlas and it’s expansion to new markets-Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of systems/process development, and the creation, tracking and management of KPI’s -Execute process optimization, scale up and tech transfer as needed per location-Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new agents and staff-Prepare/review technical documents including P&L’s, budget projections and SOPs -Make detailed observations, analyzes data and interprets results of overall company growth/health

•Developed business infrastructure starting with vision, mission, and values•Assisted in the development of a business plan to include market opportunities, value proposition, company description, competitors, collaborators, menu of services, revenue model, finances etc.•Took lead on the creation of financial projections including all revenue generating activities as well as business overhead showing 1, 3, and 5-year outcomes •Networked to gain the support of community stakeholders, services providers, federal/state/local government agencies, and employers•Assisted in market evaluations to understand business viability and sustainability•Took lead on the creation of two business entities; a C. Corp for-profit and a C. Corp not for profit successfully receiving 501c3 designation •Assist in all other activities associated with startups; web development, marketing, accounting, legal, banking etc.

•Provide vision and leadership to staff, technical skills trainers, employers, as well as government and workforce agencies in the development of program services•Oversee day to day operation of services for Education and Workforce Development department to include program budget of $500,000, team of 4 staff, 3 interns, and 300+ learners •Assess and evaluate program services to include job preparedness curriculums, adult education, essential and technical skills training, as well as employment partner relationships; make recommendations for continuous improvement•Develop, analyze and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) data to illustrate program efficacy as well as identify opportunities for growth and improvement resulting in program redevelopment •Identify, develop and maintain collaborative community partnerships with local businesses resulting in 128 placements over the course of one year (employer database of 500+ employers)•Collaborate with education providers and nonprofit organizations to build comprehensive programs in higher education; college and/or technical skills training
