POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES• Architect, implement and support network solutions utilizing Persistent Systems Wave Relay MANET wireless technology.• Support and facilitate the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring of network and communications equipment including but not limited to the Wave Relay suite of products and third party switches, routers, and UPS systems.• Lead proactive continuous improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of existing network solutions.• Design project solutions to meet customer requirements, including RF antenna solutions, physical interfaces and custom installation that meet customer requirements• Develop long-term customer relationships with project clients through managing and interpreting their requirements• Provide project technical assistance, product education, and training• Support technical solutions to meet prospect's business, technical, and/or financial goals• Maintain expert knowledge of Persistent Systems products • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex networking systems• Support RFI / RFP technical solutions and responses
