• Manage a global team of 5 infrastructure specialists and 6 help desk staff• Manage infrastructure for 6 data centres, 2000 servers, and 1PB of storage• Design, implement and support infrastructure including NetApp storage, VMware, Cisco switches, Cisco firewalls, Cisco Wireless, backups, and Active Directory across multiple data centres• Serve as the highest point of escalation for all infrastructure issues• Ensure compliance with controls for ISO27001 and SOC-1 audits
