As an Information Technology Analyst, I collaborated with staff and management to develop and review departmental SOPs for compliance and usability. I began with UHS as a Radiology Technician and transferred over to Information Systems. As time went, I have gained knowledge in Siemens Invision System, Siemens OPENLINK, and now Cerner. I have been a viable employee for Universal Health Services for 21 years. During that time, I have been an effective remote employee 17 years. I remain a remote employee traveling at least once a quarter to the Corporate office in King of Prussia, PA. During all this time, I have maintained my responsibilities and provided quality and trust.The past year, I have been managing cold feed interface installments with 3rd party vendors. This has provided me the ability to show management, communication while working with differing internal teams and 3rd party vendors.

My primary responsibility is to possess the knowledge and understanding of the Siemens OPENLINK interface system and to execute the details for the interfaces in a 26 acute care facility network. Manage small projects and support new project development including system analysis, planning and preparation. Develop, support maintain documentation and procedures as needed. Provide training to other IT staff and user clients as appropriate. Log, track, analyze and coordinate system changes including software code implementations. I was offered a job during my Radiology program at Sparks. I initially worked part-time during school, then was offered full time after graduation.I worked in the Emergency Dept. as a Radiology Tech, taking X-rays, assisting during night-time surgery and assisted the Lab Tech.
