Barrister called to the bar in 2006 and have recently returned to self employed practice after 6 years working as an employed barrister at a top tier firm.Previously my practice has included crime, personal injury, health and safety, insurance employment and professional regulatory matters. I, therefore, have a broad range of advisory and advocacy experience across a wide range of different sectors, courts and tribunals. My practice is now predominantly in professional discipline law and I provide advisory work, drafting and advocacy to both regulators and professionals alike. I have particular experience of proceedings before most of the healthcare regulators and in accountancy regulation. I am ranked as a leading junior in for Professional Discipline and Regulatory law in the Legal500.I have also acted as a legal advisor to the Teaching Regulation Agency professional conduct panels.
