Kids Listen is a grassroots organization of advocates for high-quality audio content for children.​Our mission is to build community, advocate for the growth of the medium, and create standards and ethics that serve as best practices for development, production, and monetization. Kids Listen is creating platforms for producers to share ideas, and publish data and information relevant to creators, consumers, and supporters of podcasts for kids.Kids Listen, Inc. is a California nonprofit company.

The Director of Audio & Publishing on the global team leads all audio development for the organization, and is our team leader for Publishing content.Reporting to and in partnership with the President, the Director of Audio & Publishing will oversee the development of CMA’s first podcast. The Director will work in collaboration with the Digital, Events, and Marketing teams to develop a strategy and launch the CMA Podcast as a medium to further increase awareness and growth of the organization.As our in-house publishing expert, you will be a source of information and guidance for the Events and Workshop teams. Our goal as an organization is to increase our voice in this incredible vertical so we can become an invaluable resource to those working in the publishing world.
