I started Edible Lakewood in 2003 as the 8th Franchisee in the system. As a newly minted Franchise owner, I quickly embraced the importance and value of the “Team Dynamic” and built a system predicated on those fundamental tools that spurred two decades of growth within the greater Cleveland area. I opened my 9th and final store in 2015 in Downtown Cleveland. Throughout my career, the focus has always been on scaling the business with effective protocol and procedure within the framework of a collaborative team culture. I am a “Master Integrator” who excels at strategy and implementation. I thrive at building teams, cultivating ideas and initiatives and streamlining execution.I have a record of building goal driven detailed oriented leadership teams that consistently exceed company objectives.
