My role extends to auditing suppliers for our global supply chain as well as reviewing PPAP documentation. I also will perform training sessions for internal supplier quality engineers and external suppliers. In the Supplier Development role I will support segment supplier initiatives to improve delivery, cost, or to launch new product. In this role I apply Lean manufacturing methods to review suppliers and determine the root cause of delivery issues.
