With Joe Covey acquired the leading medical school tutoring company that helps aspiring physicians succeed in medical school, on their standardized exams, and beyond. Sold to Blueprint Test Prep October 2021.

Holding/investment company formed in 2008. With Joe Covey acquired Mag Rack (2008), ConcertTV (2009), The Wellness Network (2010), Healthstyle Press (2011), Logicare, Inc. (2013), Med School Tutors (2019). Sold ConcertTV (2010), The Wellness Network combined with Logicare (2015), Mag Rack (2017), Med School Tutors (2021).

My first TV station back in December 2013. Worked closely with my partner and General Manager Bob Backman to win the NBC Affiliation for the Delmarva Peninsula (DMA #143) near Washington DC and build the NBC Station for launch in June 2014. Financed its growth and helped set up the news operation, delivering 11 half-hour newscasts per week expanding to 16 newscasts per week later. Sold the station to direct and much respected competitor WBOC in December 2018.

Acquired in-hospital TV networks The Patient Channel and The Newborn Channel from NBC/iVillage in April 2010. Acquired EMR-integrated patient education company Logicare Corporation in October 2013. Together the companies were rebranded The Wellness Network and are one of the leading US patient education companies serving over 3,000 US hospitals in all 50 states. Sold the business to private equity fund WAFRA Partners in December 2015.

Published a mini-series on fitness in The Sunday Times which was published by Pan Books in paperback.
